Moving into new premises?
Deemed tariff – This is the electricity and gas tariff you’ll be on when you move into a new premise that we already supply. Make sure you get in touch with us as soon as you can and see how much you can save.
Default tariffs – You’ll move on to a default tariff if your contract has expired and you’ve told us you want to leave npower. You will be charged on this tariff until either you move to another supplier or agree a new contract with them.
